Welcome Dinner

Club Giraud | 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dr. Vanessa Beasley and Mr. Trey Beasley are graciously hosting a Rehearsal & Welcome Dinner for all of our guests to attend. The dinner will be held at Club Giraud. Guests can begin arriving at 6:00 pm for a cocktail hour before the dinner starts.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24

Ceremony

Club Giraud | 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Guests should begin arriving at Club Giraud at 3:00 pm for a cocktail hour before the Ceremony.

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Guests who arrive after this time will be guided towards indoor seating for viewing.

Reception

The Thompson, Landrace | 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

After the Ceremony, guests can choose to take the short walk along the Riverwalk or drive after the Ceremony to The Thompson, Landrace, the Reception venue. The Landrace is located on the first floor of The Thompson Hotel with a separate entrance.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25

Brunch

The Beasley Residence | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Dr. Vanessa Beasley and Mr. Trey Beasley are graciously hosting a Sunday Brunch at their house for all guests to end the weekend together.
