The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Club Giraud (the venue) will be open to guests at 3:00 pm for drinks and snacks before the Ceremony. Please arrive no later than 3:30 pm to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat.

No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted. Late guests will be brought to an indoor room for viewing.

Club Giraud (the Welcome Dinner and Ceremony venue) has free parking for all guests. However, guests cannot keep their cars in the Club Giraud parking lot after 5:00 pm on Saturday, once the Ceremony ends.

The Thompson, Landrace (the Reception venue) has $59 valet parking.

The Ceremony venue and the Reception venue are a five-minute walk from each other on the Riverwalk. We suggest that those with cars park at The Thompson (or one of the paid parking lots/garages near the venue) and walk over to the Club Giraud for the Ceremony.

Because Club Giraud is a very short walk away from The Thompson, we will not be providing a shuttle for all guests to and from Club Giraud. Instead, we plan to walk together as a group from Club Giraud to The Thompson, Landrace, after the Ceremony.

We are arranging transportation for our guests who are unable to make the walk on the Riverwalk.

We kindly request that you enjoy our special moments with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pockets during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, we would love to have you capture the day!

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of a few close members.

We kindly ask that you only bring those guests formally indicated on your invitation. We hope you understand!
